SecuMail Filter Plus is an upgrade package of the usual SecuMail Filter package. In addition to new enterprise features, advanced security functions and increased support, it also offers individual customizability.

Our basic package SecuMail Filter remains, as usual, a complete filter system and continues to protect you from spam and malware.

 

This is what you gain from the SecuMail Filter Plus package, among other things:

 

Increased support and additional care

 

• 24 × 7 Emergency Support: You can reach an expert around the clock, 7 days a week to assist you with your emergency.
• Queue Monitoring: For smooth e-mail correspondence. We monitor the accessibility of your mail server and react accordingly in the event of difficulties. In addition, the SecuMail Filter Plus package provides you with a mailbox. On request, all e-mails can be accessed here for 28 days. This function serves as a “security backup” in case mails are lost on the target server.

 

 

Customizing

 

• Individual solutions: If you have individual needs/wishes that our classic filter system does not cover, the SecuMails Plus package includes the Customizing function. This gives you individual adjustments and spam rules tailored to your needs.

• Individual CEO Fraud Protection: For even more security, you can provide exposed employees or senior management members with particularly strong protection against spoofing.

 

 

Enterprise and convenience features

 

• Flood Protection: This function detects and blocks any flood of e-mails immediately.
• Reports:
  • Filter reports: These reports inform you monthly about filter results (for example: spam, file, virus percentage/ most-targeted person/ virus ranking/…).
  • DMARC reports: Keep track of which emails have been sent on your behalf.
