Email security made easy! In order to make the use of the SecuMail^® Filter even more convenient for our customers, we have further optimized the daily summary.

What is the daily summary?

The daily summary is sent daily to all user addresses protected by SecuMail. It lists all mails filtered the day before and contains the following information:

• In the header area you will find an overview of the mails filtered the day before in the form of bar charts:

• In the mail list you will find every mail, listed according to the three categories Spam, Files, Viruses. Mails, which you have to check, are highlighted, pre-sorted and can be identified individually:

The user can take a closer look at uncritical mails via the preview and send them to himself if necessary. The user cannot forward all potentially dangerous e-mails himself. These mails can be forwarded by the administrator via the 4-eyes principle.
Furthermore, a real-time daily summary can be generated via a button.

What is new now?

The display of filtered mails is to be recorded on an ad hoc basis using the bar charts per category. Already in the header, the user can see from the specification “to check: 0” whether there are any mails for him to check at all. This saves time!
