Dear customers,

the Corona crisis is omnipresent these days. We would therefore like to inform you how we are dealing with this challenge and what measures we have decided to take to ensure that our technology and also our contact persons will continue to be available without gaps. These measures apply to all areas of WorNet AG, i.e. the SecuMail e-mail security and the Simply42 hosting.

Secure operation with home office

In order to minimize the risk of mutual infection among colleagues, we have been staffing our office with only a minimum staff since Thursday, March 12, 2020. All other employees work from home. Our meetings take place via video conference. All employees can be reached under their extension even in the home office and can work normally. This is also ensured in the event of a possible precautionary quarantine of employees.

Personal contacts are reduced to a minimum, business trips and attendance at events are currently not taking place. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer any visits to our offices and no data center inspections until further notice.

Support also remains unchanged

Nothing will change in our service hours. We can still be reached by phone and via the support email addresses. A video conference is available for meetings and consulting services.

Data Center Capacity / Measures to Be Taken in the Event of Outages

We have sufficient server capacities including reserves available at both locations for the foreseeable future.

Traditionally, we operate our data center locations with a very high level of automation and remote control that works regardless of the location of employees. All planned changes, which require on-site interventions, were completed on time. New changes that require on-site assignments are not currently planned or foreseeable. We also do not currently see any risk of unavailability of spare parts or restrictions on access to the data center locations.
